Academic calendar
There is no official Christmas break in Swedish universities, and the Autumn term runs from September to January. There will be no classes during the Christmas week, but you may be expected to work, for example with written assignments.

Registration periods
It is important that you register for your courses in Ladok for students.
The registration periods differs depending on if you are studying on a programme, course package or freestanding course.
Examination weeks
The examination weeks follow the academic year. Examinations can take place on any day of the year (but not during Christmas, New Year, Easter or Midsummer).
