Report incidents and work-related injuries
Everyone at BTH is responsible for reporting incidents and injuries. By reporting risks, we can act quickly and ensure a safer study environment..
Our library staff are happy to help you find the right information and support you in searching for scientific articles, data and research.
The student union is here for you. Their student representatives can support and advise you on a range of issues.

Entry requirements within programmes
Do you have questions about prerequisites or decisions on eligibility within a programme? Contact us at forkunskapskontroll@bth.se.
The IT helpdesk provides support for BTH's IT services. You can get help with login issues, software, networks or other technical problems.
If you have suggestions for improvements or encounter issues in your education, there are several ways to share your feedback.
The reception can help if you’re unsure who to contact. You can also ask about registration, parking permits or your BTH card.
You can speak to our counsellor or therapist if you are facing personal challenges or anything that might affect your studies.
The serenity room is a space for calm and reflection - open to both students and staff. The room is free of religious symbols, but there are items in a cupboard that you can use.

Opening hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-19:00 (access with BTH card)
