Email and Microsoft 365
As a student at BTH, you have access to a number of digital tools that facilitate your studies. Through Microsoft 365, you get a personal e-mail address via Outlook, where you can manage your e-mail, calendar and contacts.
Also included is the Office suite of programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint, both online and for download to your computer or mobile device. OneDrive provides secure storage for your files, and Teams offers a platform for collaboration with teachers and fellow students. These tools are designed to support you throughout your studies and maximize your learning experience.

Microsoft 365 includes
- Teams which includes collaboration areas, chat, video conferencing, screen sharing etc. Order your Teams here: https://service.bth.se.
- Office package with Word/Excel/Powerpoint in the cloud.
- Onedrive for storage.
- OneNote for notes.
- Copilot, an AI tool that can answer questions and solve different tasks. You can use Copilot as a study buddy, to plan your studies, help you understand math and programming, summarize texts and more. Read more on Canvas.
Log in
Log in to Microsoft 365 via https://portal.office.com with your student account.
E-mail address
You read your e-mail via Outlook https://outlook.office.com/. Outlook also contains calendar, address book and to do.
Forwarding of e-mail
