Schedule in TimeEdit
In TimeEdit, you can search for the schedule for a course or a programme. You can also search for the schedule for a teacher or a room.
This guide shows you how to find a schedule and use the most common features.
Look up your schedule
- Open TimeEdit at schema.bth.se.
- Select what you want to search for:
- Kurstillfälle to search for a course
- Programtillfälle to search for a programme
- Person to search for a teacher
- Lokal to view bookings for a room
- Enter the name or code in the search field.
- Select the correct option under Sökresultat. Your selection will appear under Mina val.
- Add more search items if you want to view multiple schedules at the same time.
- Select the time period you want to view.
- Click Visa schema (View schedule).
Make sure you have selected the correct course session or programme session. The same course or programme may appear more than once.
Above the schedule, you can change the start and end dates.
For example, you can select:
- today's date
- a period starting from today's date
- your own start and end dates.
Under Mina val you can:
- remove a selection
- clear all selections
- change the order of your selections.
If you have already selected Visa schema, click Ändra sökning (Change search) at the top of the page if you want to add or remove search items.
Under Anpassa you can change how the schedule is displayed.
You can:
- select a daily, weekly, monthly or period view
- choose which days of the week to display
- choose what information to display in the bookings
You can subscribe to the schedule in a calendar app.
- Find the schedule you want to subscribe to.
- Click Prenumerera at the top of the page.
- Select the time period for which you want the subscription to apply.
- Copy the subscription link.
- Add the link as a calendar subscription in your calendar application.
Any changes made in TimeEdit will automatically be reflected in your subscribed calendar. How quickly the updates appear depends on your calendar application.
If you cannot find your schedule, check that you have:
- selected the correct search category, for example Kurstillfälle rather than Programtillfälle.
- entered the correct course code, programme code, or group name
- selected the correct time period
- chosen the correct option from the search results.
For some courses or course activities, the schedule is published in Canvas instead of TimeEdit. If you cannot find your schedule in either TimeEdit or Canvas, contact your teacher.
