Comments on the education
Your opinion is important. If you have suggestions for improvement or experience problems in your education, there are different ways to express your views.
Getting feedback on the education is an important part of BTH's work with quality and development.
You can share your thoughts in several ways, for example by contacting the course coordinator or program coordinator, or by responding to the course evaluation that is sent out after each completed course.
When you give feedback, it is important that you do so objectively and respectfully. Criticism should be clear, but not directed at individuals. We want an open dialog where everyone can feel safe and treated with respect.
Three steps for giving feedback
- First talk to your teacher
In most cases, questions or problems can be solved directly between student and teacher. The teacher has the best knowledge of the course and can often provide explanations or suggest solutions. - Contact the course or program coordinator.
If you don't get a response from your teacher, you can go further and contact
Course coordinator - if it is an individual course.
Program coordinator - if you are studying on a program. - Take the matter further within the department
If the problem persists, you can take it a step further and contact:
Director of Studies - responsible for the quality of education in the department.
Head of Department - head of the department, can provide further support.
Do you need advice and support?
You can turn to the Student Union if you need advice and support on how to proceed with your views on the education. The Student Union is independent from BTH and functions as a student union organization. They can provide advice and support if you experience problems in your education.

If you want to discuss your situation with an impartial person, you can contact a study counselor. They can help you understand the rules and find alternative solutions, but have no decision-making power.
