We also offer an art group where you can take time for rest, creativity and connection with others.

National student wellbeing portal

The website studenthalsa.se provides guidance, facts and exercises to support you during your studies. It is a national resource that complements, but does not replace, the student health services at BTH.

  • Mental Health First Aid

Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a method that teaches you how to recognise signs of mental health problems and how to respond in a supportive way. It was first developed in Australia and is now used in many countries.
