As an Erasmus student, you study at a higher education institution in another European country for 2-12 months, without having to pay any tuition fees.
The studies are conducted under similar conditions as for the domestic students and you may credit the courses as part of your Swedish education, provided that you have completed your studies and that your course selection is approved at BTH before departure.
To be eligible for Erasmus+ exchange studies, you must be a registered full-time student at BTH and have completed at least 60 credits.
Scholarship: 360-420 €/month (different scholarships for different countries)

Exchange studies after graduation
If you are unable to go on exchange during your regular studies, you can apply to study an extra semester abroad, directly after your final semester of the program. This gives more students the chance to gain international experience.
Conditions for Erasmus+ post-study exchanges
- At least 75% of the studies in your program must be completed.
- At least 15 credits from the exchange must be transferable within your program.
- The exchange studies must be relevant to your degree and your personal development, according to Erasmus+ guidelines.
Important! Your Erasmus+ exchange application must be submitted to the International Office no later than one month before the end of your last program semester.
