Nordplus

Nordplus is the Nordic Council of Ministers' program for cooperation between the Nordic and Baltic countries. The aim is to strengthen and raise the profile of cooperation in higher education and to make the Nordic region a leading knowledge region internationally.

BTH has two Nordplus networks for students at the Department of Health:

  • Nordhälsa, Norden (Nordplusnätverk 1)
  • Vården i Norden (Nordplusnätverk 2)

What is Nordplus?

As an undergraduate student (Bachelor or Master), you can study for 1-12 months at a Nordic university through Nordplus. If you are accepted for a Nordplus exchange, you will receive a grant to help cover additional costs.

Shorter exchanges - express mobility

In some cases, you can also apply for an Express Mobility, a shorter exchange of at least one week (five working days).

Scholarship and travel grant

  • The amount of the grant is determined by your institution but can be up to €200 per month.
  • You may also receive a travel grant, the amount of which depends on the country you are going to.

Find partner universities

In the MoveON database, you can select the Nordplus program and see which universities BTH has agreements with in the Nordic countries.
