Deepika Badampudi is an assistant professor in software engineering. Badampudi received her Ph.D. in software engineering from the Blekinge Institute of Technology (BTH) in 2018. She has a European master’s degree from Blekinge Institute of Technology, Sweden, and Polytechnica de Madrid, Spain. She has industrial experience working as a software engineer and researcher. Her research interests include empirical software engineering research, software process improvement, software reuse, and strategic decision-making. Besides research, Deepika is also the program responsible for the master’s program in software engineering for professionals (https://www.bth.se/eng/education/masters/paasa/), teaching software evolution and maintenance course and software-intensive product development course and supervising master thesis students.
