Workshop on fossile-free and sustainable shipping
On January 22, a workshop about how to realise fossil-free shipping by 2035 was held at Lindholmen Science Park. It involved more than 30 participants from industry, authorities, and research, who explored challenges, opportunities, solutions, and initial roadmaps for the transition. -
Pre-study about fossil free shipping
The new BTH membership at Lighthouse has already given a new project to the Sustaintrans team in terms of a pre-study about what shipping would look like if there would be no fossil fuels available on year 2035. -
Doctoral Dissertation by Varvara Nikulina
On June 9 2023, Varvara Nikulina successfully presented and defended her PhD dissertation “Scaffolding for multistakeholder dialogue-based processes in Strategic Planning for transitioning to sustainable mobility”. -
MAGLEV 2024
BTH and Henrik Ny in the SustainTrans team has been appointed to organize “Maglev 2024”, the 26th edition of the international conference on magnetic transport systems. It will be the first time this conference has been held in Scandinavia since its inception in 1977.
