The Finance Office is responsible for BTH's financial administration and financial control. The office is responsible for ensuring that BTH fulfils the responsibilities of an authority in terms of financial administration and financial management. The assignment must be carried out efficiently and with high quality.
The main tasks of the mission are:
- Financial management and planning.
- External accounting and control.
- Authorisation scheme and cash management.
- Financial planning and accounting of externally funded activities.
- Support to management, departments and units.
