The Role of Agriculture in The Future Electricity System: Produce, Store, Use

The project aims to investigate the role of agriculture and its vehicle fleet in the future electricity system. This will be done through two perspectives.

The first perspective involves analyzing the conditions and technical possibility of electrifying the agricultural vehicle fleet via battery-powered vehicles where the batteries can be charged in the vehicle but can also be charged outside the vehicle. The second perspective that will be analyzed is to investigate how electricity production at farms can be increased through the production of green renewable electricity.
