Anastasiia Tkalich is a PhD student at Blekinge Institute of Technology and a researcher at SINTEF Digital (Norway).
She works with software process improvement, agile practices and hybrid work. Her research interests relate to interpersonal aspects of software development. Anastasiia’s publications include qualitative and quantitative studies on teamwork, innovation and hybrid work. She is also working on her PhD-thesis at Blekinge Institute of Technology (Sweden) where she focuses on coordination in continuous product development.
