Admission to the course requires completed course Microeconomics for Decision Makers, 6 credits and Economic analysis for strategic decision-making, 6 credits. English 6.

The aim of the course is to deepen the student's knowledge of how financial risk can be managed using financial derivatives and real options as well as with the help of portfolio selection theory. The course also further develops the student's understanding of how capital markets work and the relationship between capital markets and firms.
