Here you can get help if you have problems accessing library databases and e-resources.

Fields marked with * must be filled in or selected.

Write the name of the database e.g. Summon@BTH, PubMed eller Scopus.

Sometimes it is worth trying a different browser such as Edge, Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox or Safari.
Which browser did you use?
If you have not used Summon, it is necessary to go through the library's database list. Find the name of the database and click on our link to authenticate yourself as a BTH student.
Have you gone through the library database list?
Use your student account to access the databases. The student user/acronym can for example look like this: ‘ansv13’, and is the same as you use in Canvas. (If it does not work - contact the IT Helpdesk 0455-385100).
Have you used your student account on the library login page?
