Biography

Michael Felderer is an associate professor of Software Engineering. He holds a habilitation degree (“Priv.-Doz.”) and a PhD (“Dr.”) in Software Engineering. He was General Chair of PROFES 2017 and Program Co-Chair of SEAA 2017. Michael Felderer is author of more than 100 journal and conference papers. His research interests are in the areas of software and security engineering with a focus on software and security testing, quality engineering, software and security processes, requirements engineering, model engineering, software analytics, software engineering education as well as empirical research methods in software and security engineering. The research of Michael Felderer is performed in close collaboration with industry and he has more than 10 years of industrial experience.
