Rachael Gould is a researcher and teacher working with sustainable design. She helps companies to integrate sustainability in their design processes. She also works with companies and organisations to understand how they can work with softer, more human aspects of the transition to sustainable design, such as behaviour change, organisational learning and decision-making. In addition, Rachael is very passionate about higher education for sustainable development. She is a keen teacher and is the assistant coordinator for integrating sustainability in the university’s educational offerings.
