Vice-Chancellor welcomed international students to BTH

More than 200 international students gathered in Multisalen on campus Karlskrona to listen to Vice-Chancellor Mats Viberg, who welcomed the students to BTH.

During the interactive meeting, Vice-Chancellor Mats Viberg held a speech in which he welcomed the international students to BTH and talked about the university and life in Karlskrona. Many of the students who attended the meeting missed the introductory week held in August due to problems with the visa process. Therefore, Vice-Chancellor Mats Viberg wanted to host another welcome meeting to make sure that all international students were properly welcomed to BTH.

After the speech, the students were invited to ask questions directly to the Vice-Chancellor, the International Director Mats Walter, and the Depute Director of International Affairs Gurudutt Velpula who were eager to listen to the students’ questions and ideas on how to make BTH more international in the future.
